Well, we Danes love eating! Not to complicated, and preferably using basic, fresh products cultivated in our own country. And we love to get the inspiration from outside our country.
With the result that we have become masters in the art of importing foreign recipes which we slightly adapt with our own products and own know-how.
One of my absolute favorites is pesto: with a few, each very tasteful ingredients, a simple dish becomes an exquisite eating experience!
With Danish pesto, I combine the passion of the south with the urge for quality from the north: all the ingredients have been selected because they recall a charming, sunny atmosphere and because my local providers can supply me with fresh, quality products. Danish pesto is the joy of food: the selection of the best products, the time of preparation, the small changes of taste and most important: I just love his face when I have Danish pesto on the menu!
